By submitting this form, you acknowledge that:

- SoleFire will make every effort to successfully place you in a group, however no guarantees can be provided.

- If SoleFire is unable to place you in a group you will be provided a full refund within 30 days from close of applications.

- All successfully placed members will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement upon acceptance (to provide maximum comfort and protection for yourself and fellow members).

- Opting for the PAYMENT PLAN will constitute a commitment to making 6x monthly auto-payments (one payment each month for the entirety of the semester), and the first being included with this application. After your initial payment today, your provided credit card will be auto-debited once a month from today's date for the remaining 5 months.

- Opting to pay upfront (SEMESTERLY) will require one full payment to be included with this application.

- You can receive 20% off either payment option when you invite a colleague, and they submit a successful application.
In this case, you will be credited the 20% back if you purchased SEMESTERLY, or the 20% will be deducted from your remaining MONTHLY installments.
