These ‘Terms’ apply to the entire content of the website located at solefire.au (referred to here as the ‘Website’ or ‘Site’), any ‘Products’ or ‘Services’ provided to you by Emily or SoleFire through your use of the Site, or any correspondence undertaken between you and Emily, and constitute the entire agreement between you and SoleFire – and govern your use of the Site and it’s associated Services.

Please read these Terms carefully as they form a legally binding contract between you and us.

By accessing any part of the Website or engaging with it’s associated features and Services, you will be regarded as having accepted the Terms in full, whether you are a ‘Visitor’ (which means that you simply browse the Website), or you are a ‘Client’ (which means you have purchased or accessed any of the available Products or Services, providing personal details in the process), which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Website or Service.

If you do not accept the Terms in full, you must leave the Website immediately. You may not use this Site, nor accept this Agreement, if you are not of a legal age to form a binding contract with Emily. If you accept these Terms, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by them.

Results and outcomes stemming from engagement with SF are subject to numerous factors that cannot be fully controlled by SF. SF therefore cannot guarantee any specific results from any products or services provided.

Likewise, all users, clients and members acknowledge that they each remain exclusively responsible for their own business decisions and actions, and indemnify SF and all other members and users from the consequences of implementing and acting on any feedback, suggestions, or referrals offered during the course of using SF’s products and services.

PRIVACY

SoleFire will not at any point sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Any personal or business information which you do supply will only be used internally and privately by Emily and will not be divulged to any third party without your consent, unless that third party is integral to the purpose for which you provided us the information (e.g. delivery companies may be supplied with your delivery information) or where required by law.

Any and all personal details shared within the context of private Mentoring Sessions with Emily, will be kept strictly confidential.

You acknowledge and consent that during the course of your participation in any group Membership activities, some content in which you appear may be recorded (such as any audio or visual mediums used for online communication) and/or be witnessed by other members of that group activity.

SF may use such elements and media for the purposes of verification, maximising the quality of any services, and potentially within SF promotional materials.

SF will not share any recorded elements with any third parties for any other purpose.

CANCELLATIONS

Group Session Cancellation Policy
It is expected that all Members arrive on-time and be well prepared for any group sessions.
It is expected that all Members can join Squad sessions from a location that is reasonably quiet and free from interruptions (this may include, closing other browser tabs and applications and silencing phones and email notifications) and provide their full focus and participation to ensure the maximum benefit and respect of their fellow Members.
Once a session date is confirmed by SF, it is considered to be a set appointment that each Member is expected to keep, in order to fulfill their commitment to the Membership and their fellow Members.

Private Mentoring Session Cancellation Policy
Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice via email.
Prior to this time, you may reschedule for a more suitable date at no extra charge.
If a cancellation within 24 hours of appointment is required, please note that 20% value of the appointment missed may be charged in order to assist with recuperating some of the costs associated with making your appointment possible.
Your understanding and courtesy in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Email Support
Please be advised that the time to ask questions is within your booked Sessions.
Should you need to contact Emily with questions outside of Sessions, please be aware that due to the possible preparation, research or time required to attend to your query, these will need to be addressed within Sessions in order to be properly managed by Emily.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Virtual Products
Upon completion of purchase, you will receive an email with a personal link to a direct download for your product or access page.
Note: For security reasons this link may have an expiry time (e.g. 24-72 hours). It is a condition of sale that you accept responsibility for accessing and saving your purchased file/s within this specified time window. SoleFire cannot guarantee further resupply of your purchased item beyond this time (it is therefore recommended that you make securely-stored backup of your purchase).

Physical Products
At product purchase checkout, you will be able to specify your desired shipping location (where you would like to receive it), and see any associated charges (based on distance or region) that this may add to your purchase, before completing payment.
Note: It is highly recommended that you check this address for suitability (you will be reliably available to receive the item/s at this location) and accuracy (there are no errors in your specified address). SoleFire cannot be made responsible for errors in shipping address selection.

PAYMENTS

Please Note: Payments must be made in full prior to all appointments or product supplied.
(session packages will involve the deduction of one allotted appointment at the commencement of each scheduled session)

When purchasing from this site you agree to be billed either as a one-off transaction, or recurring subscription, depending on the specific product you have purchased.

Payment Methods:
– Payments can be made securely using Credit Card or PayPal account (via Stripe or PayPal payment gateway)

Receipts:
– PayPal or Stripe will provide a receipt for your payments.
– You may request a Tax Invoice if you require.
Note: Health Fund Rebates are not currently available for Wellness Mentoring Sessions.
