Simply listen to the tracks at whatever time suits you – morning, night, lunch break… there are no rules. The Sessions are yours to keep, so go at whatever pace you can find 25-30 minutes in a day and let them do the work for you. I have designed the Sessions in the sweet spot of maximum efficiency for minimum time investment. Shorter meditation tracks simply can’t accomplish what SoleFire Chill Sessions can, as the minimum time-frame needed to experience notable benefits is this length of time.

You will relax immediately once the track starts, and progressively sink into a deeper state of rest throughout. The more regularly you listen to the Sessions, the more you will feel the benefits. I like to think of this in Levels.

Level 1: Immediate relaxation during and directly after a track. Potential for increased energy following a Session.

Level 2: Listen to tracks at least a few times a week and you may notice increased relaxation even between Sessions, and a boost in energy and focus.

There has never been a better time to give meditation a go.

Having worked in various areas of health and wellbeing for 15 years (along with my own personal wellness journey), I have witnessed the need for accessible and realistic tools for managing the stress of modern life grow continually more and more essential.

Because when you take the time to look after yourself, you’re able to show up with more patience, presence and energy for everything life throws your way. And when you look after yourself, you’re declaring ‘I am important too’ – because you are, and your health and happiness are worth it.
